  • We reserve the right to reschedule tours due to weather conditions.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late on the day of your tour and have not notified us beforehand, assume that your tour has departed.
  • We only accept credit cards ONLINE. Cash or check in person only. Please bring the exact amount you owe. Tour guides do not carry change. 
  • A tour lasts at least an hour and a half to two hours long unless otherwise stated at the beginning of the tour.
  • If none of the dates available fit your schedule, email us at info@chinatownalleywaytours.org to schedule a private tour (private tour rates will apply).
  • Please restrain from smoking during the duration of the tour.
