Important, Please Read!

• Reservations must be made at least 5 days before a tour.
• We reserve the right to reschedule tours due to weather conditions.
• On the day of your tour, if you are more than 30 minutes late and you do not notify us beforehand, assume that your tour is cancelled.
• Cash or check only. Please bring the exact amount you owe. Tour guides do not carry cash.
• Please note that we usually wait for at least 4 people to be reserved for a particular tour time before we can confirm anyone for that tour. For example, if you request a tour for 2 people, you may not receive a confirmation email until we have at least 2 more people who want to attend the same tour.
